DELIVERY OPTION

What are the payment options?

We accept: PayPal, Cash or Cheque on delivery (Made Payable to: 909 Enterprise Pte. Ltd.)

How do I know if my order is successfully placed?

After you have selected your items and passed checkout, you will be prompted to select your choice of payment method. Once your order is successfully completed you will receive an automated email confirmation from us. Now sit back and wait for us to be in contact with you regarding your order and delivery status.

Can I self-collect my order?

Please drop us a note in the comment box during checkout. Alternatively simply drop us a text or call at 92370366 if you wish to pick up your order. Pick up point Yishun MRT or Sembawang MRT.

Do you provide repacking services?

No. we do not repack pet food into smaller sealed bags, to ensure freshness of the pet food.

DELIVERY, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How long will it take before i receive my order?

Next day delivery for purchases that are made before 3pm Monday – Friday, (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) from date of purchase. We may take 2 days to deliver for purchases that are made after 3pm Monday – Friday, (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) from date of purchase.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Free delivery for orders $60 above in a single receipt. There will be charges of $6 per trip for orders below $60. For areas within CBD, there will be additional $3 ERP surcharge.

What happens if I received a defective item?

We put in the effort to check our products before they leave our store. We also encourage buyers to inspect the products on-the-spot upon arrival.In the unlikely event of a damaged item, we will exchange or refund the item if it is a manufacturer’s fault. You must inform us within 3 days and return it within 7 days from the date you received the product. Product should be returned in it’s original packaging and condition. You will need to produce the original cash sales receipt from PetShop909 when returning/exchanging a product. All refunds and exchanges will be done at the discretion of PetShop909.

I changed my mind after receiving my order. Can I return or exchange my order?

Unfortunately our returns and exchange policy only covers for manufacturer defects. In a situation where you are less than satisfied with your item, kindly call us at 92370366 and tell us why. We will try our best to work out a solution!

Can I cancel or amend my order?

You may cancel your order before 5pm on the same day upon order confirmation. Definition of “confirmation” refers to the moment your order is submitted and captured in our system. To cancel an order, please call us at 92370366 with the following details; order number, name, contact, and reason(s) for cancelling. Customers are liable to incur a 25% processing fee of the total bill and any delivery charges if the cancellation is made outside the stipulated time frame.

What should I do if my desired item(s) is(are) out of stock?

We will first contact you for notification, then inform you how long you have to wait for the stock to come in, and recommend the next suitable product (if any) for your pet. In the event that you decide to cancel the item in question, cancel the whole order, or if the item you have ordered has been discontinued by the distributor, we will refund your payment accordingly.

What are your operating hours?

Operating Hours Monday – Friday 10:00am to 9:00pm Saturday 10:00am to 1:00pm Sunday and Public Holidays Closed.

Is there GST charges on top of your discounted prices?

No, we absorb GST.
